shouldn't it be (1/2) in the numerator?

Here,
sin θ=4/5
tan θ= -4/3
(1/sin θ - 3/4)/(1/cos θ +4/3)
=(5/4-3/4)/(4/3-5/3)
= -3/2
sin θ=4/5
tan θ= -4/3
(1/sin θ - 3/4)/(1/cos θ +4/3)
=(5/4-3/4)/(4/3-5/3)
= -3/2
