Solution:-

we know that,
The formula for urea is (NH2)2CO.
The molar mass for urea is 14*2+1*4+12+16= 60 g/mole.
In this 60g of urea, nitrogen has a mas of 28 g.
So by simple proportion in 50 kg of urea, nitrogen has a mass = 50 kg*28 g/60 g = 23.0 kg.

we have ,

the cost of 50kg urea = 276 Rs.
urea's 1kg cost = 276/50 = 5.52 Rs
per kg price of nitrogen = 276/23.0 = 12 Rs

●hence the price per kg of nitrogen = 12 Rs

The formula for urea is (NH2)2CO.

The molar mass for urea is 14*2+1*4+12+16= 60 g/mole. In this 60g of urea, nitrogen has a mas of 28 g. Using the techniquea of simple proportion in 50 kg of urea, nitrogen has a mass = 50 kg*28 g/60 g = 23.0 kg. And we have ,

the cost of 50kg urea = 276 Rs.

urea's 1kg cost = 276/50 = 5.52 Rs

per kg price of nitrogen = 276/23.0 = 12
