ANSWERS:-

1)The length of the side of the field = 100 m.

2) The area of the field​ = 10000m².

 SOLUTION  

✳ Total Cost of fencing the square field = ₹5400.

✳ Rate of of fencing the square field = ₹13.50/m.

✩ Fencing is done along the perimeter of the field.

SIDES OF THE SQUARE

\sf Perimeter \: of \: the \: square \: field = \dfrac{Total \: Cost  \: of \:  fencing}{Rate  \:  of  \: fencing}

\sf Perimeter \: of \: the \: square \: field = \dfrac{5400}{13.50}

Perimeter of the Square Field = 400m.

Perimeter of Square = 4 × Side or 4a (where a are the sides)

\implies

4a = 400

\implies

\sf  a = \dfrac{400}{4} = 100m
