Cot(a-b)= root 3

Tan(a+b)= root 3

Cot (theta)=root 3 at theta=30

So,(a-b)=30....(1)

Tan(a+b)=root 3 at theta =60

So,(a+b)=60......(2)

Adding (1)&(2)

2a=90

So a=45

Sec(a)=sec(45)=root 2
