if current justice of supreme court commits crime,would he be punished?​

Once convicted, yes the judge could be disbarred and not allowed to practice law again. If the judge is convicted of a felony, unless the judge resigns, the judge will be removed through whatever process specified by state law or, if we are speaking of a federal judge, by impeachment.
