Volume = pi r^2 h

Surface Area = 2 pi r^2 + 2 pi r h

= 2 pi r (r+h)

so pi r^2 h = 2 pi r (r+h)

cancelling gives rh=2(r+h)

rh = 2r + 2h

rh - 2r = 2h

r(h-2)=2h

r=2h/(h-2)
