Let 'r' be the radius of the base of cylinder.
Height of cylinder = 21 cm
C.S.A. of cylinder = 2πrh
=> 2 × 3.14 × r × 21
=> 42 × 3.14 × r
=> 131.88 × r
Now, C.S.A. of cylinder = 1386 cm (given)
1386 = 131.88 × r
=> r = 1386/131.88
=> r = 10.5 cm
