Here is your answer buddy ☺️☺️✨✨✅✅

If the side of a square is increased by 25%, then by how much is its area increased?

There is another simple way to attempt this question

Concept :

If a variable X changes by A% and another variable Y changes by B%, then overall net change when the two variables are multiplied is given by :

A + B + AB/100

If the change is “increase” it is positive & if the change is “decrease” it is negative.

In the given question, A = B = 25% ( Both positive as length increase )

And area = Side x Side

Applying our versatile relation :

Net increase in area = 25 + 25 + (25x25)/100 = 56.25%

Hope this helps you buddy ☺️☺️✨✨✌️✌️⭐⭐✅✅✅
