The relative density of the liquid with respect to water is = mass of the liquid / mass of the equal volume of water. Here the volume of  water and that of liquid under consideration are equal being the volume of the bottle.

Mass of empty bottle =25g

Mass of the  bottle full of water = 50 g

Therefore, mass one bottle of water (excluding the mass of the bottle) = 50-25 =25g

Mass of the  bottle full if liquid = 45g

So, mass of one bottle of liquid (excluding the mass of the bottle) = 45-25 =20g

Therefore, the reative density of the liquid  = 420/25 =0.8

Therefore, the density of the liquid  in kg/m^3 = mass of one cubic meter of liquid = 0.8*(100)^3 gram per m^3  = 800kg/m^3
