If digital india helps us in many ways then what are the disadvantages ?don't give nonsense answers.

In the digital equipment lies the crucial need of knowing how to use it properly. But, especially in the rural areas, there are still illiterate citizens who deprive education and lack the deep knowledge on how to use it properly. This can lead to misdeed of the country because when a change is brought, it has to be acceptable for every one. So, it can be categorized as one disadvantage of making things digital.
