time period of the planet T2 =?

from the Kepler's third law :-

[T2/T1]² = [R1/R2]³

T1 /T2 = [R1/R2] ³/²

1/T2 = [9r/r]³/²

T2 = [(3)²]³/²

T2 = (3)³

T2 = 27 yrs
