if DNA was made of 6 nucleotides instead of 4, what are the total no. of triplet codons possible? explain it.

6x6x6 = 216

Of course, it’s worth noting that even in the actual genetic code, although there are 64 different triplets of four nucleotides, because of redundancies they only code for 20 different amino acids.
