If Dracula is infected by sunlight and moon reflects sunlight. Why are they not infected by moon light??

it's absolutely fiction.

The thing is dracula's are derived from the bird bat. Bat cannot see properly in the morning so they sleep all morning. They can see clearly in the dark or night so they come out in the nights.

since, Dracula's are based on bats even in cartoons and movies they show as dracula's don't like day light. Also remember it's absolutely Fiction..
