If dry piece of land is given to you for cultivation. What will you do before sowing the seed

I think the land must be related before used for agriculture it should be made fertile

Hey ya... Firstly... The land must be ploughed and watered so that it gets back its retentive power.... After that.... One should use some organic soil fertilisers to make sure that soil has all nutrients essential for the growth of plants.... And then sow the seeds...
