Given :-

  • Dx = -33 , Dy = -66 , D = 11

To Find :-

  • The value of y.

Solution :-

Applying Cramer's rule,

[ We have, Dx = -33 , Dy = -66 , D = 11 ]

 \tt \:  \boxed{\tt \red{x =  \frac{Dx}{D}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: or \:  \:  \:  \: \:  y =  \frac{Dy}{D} }}

[ Putting values ]

 ↪ \tt \: x =  \frac{ - 33}{11}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: or \:  \:  \:  \:  \: y =  \frac{ - 66}{11}

↪ \tt \: x =  \cancel \frac{ - 33}{11}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: or \:  \:  \:  \:  \: y =   \cancel\frac{ - 66}{11}

↪ \tt \:  \blue{ \boxed{ \tt{x =  - 3 \:  \:  \:  \:  \: or \:  \:  \:  \:  \: y =  - 6}}}

Hence,

  • The value of y is -6.
