Assuming walkway between cubicles are already considered in the 4 x 4 feet.

Find the number of cubicles needed:

Total number of people = 1500

Total number of cubicles = 1500 ÷ 2= 750

Find the floor size needed:

one cubical = 4 x 4 = 16 ft²

750 cubicles = 16 x 750 = 12000 ft²

Answer: 12000 ft² floor size is required to accommodate all the 1500 people.
