{\huge{\pink{\star{\mathcal{\green{An}{\blue{ws}{\red{er}}}}}}}}

Let there be 'x' terms in the data ..

If each term is increased by 3 then ,

 \pink{new \: average} \:  =  \frac{old \: average \times x \:  + 3 \times x }{x}   \\  \\  \implies \: x( \frac{old \: average \:  + 3}{x} )  \\  \\  \implies \:  \green{old \: average} \:  +  \blue{3}

So, OPTION C is correct

increased by 3”
