Here is your answer
one side is 15 cm
one Diagonal is 18 cm

As we know that the diagonal of rhombus bisect each other at right angle.

Hence by using Pythagoras Theorem we find the length of the other diagonal

Let the half length of the other Diagonal is x

Diagonal I half length is 18/2 = 9 cm

so
9 {}^{2}  + x {}^{2}  = (15) {}^{2}  \\ x { }^{2}  = 225 - 81 \\ x {}^{2}  = 144 \\ x =  \sqrt{144}  \\ x = 12
So full length of other Diagonal is 2 × 12
= 24 cm

Now
Area of Rhombus = 1/2× (diagonal 1)(diagonal 2)
 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times 18 \\  = 24 \times 9 \\  = 216 \: cm {}^{2}
Therefore
Area of Rhombus is 216 sq. cm
