if each side of a square is doubled then what percent of its perimeter increased

Example : If side=2cm

Perimeter=4*side=4*2=8cm

Now the side becomes 4cm (double)

Then perimeter=4*4=16cm

Now notice that the perimeter gets doubled.Therefore,we conclude that If the side of the square gets doubled then the perimeter would also be  doubled
