Let us take the each side of triangle be x .
Then its area = 1/2 × x=x/2
Side doubled 2x
Area = 1/2×2x= x
Ratio. x: x/2. = 1:2
Then its area = 1/2 × x=x/2
Side doubled 2x
Area = 1/2×2x= x
Ratio. x: x/2. = 1:2
