perimeter of triangle = a+b+c/2

Area of triangle = using herons formula

 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

side of new triangle will be
2a,2b,2c

perimeter of triangle a +b+ c =2s

Area of new triangle =
 \sqrt{2s(2s - 2a)(2s - 2b)(2s - 2c)}

4 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

= 4× area of the triangle

4:1
