Step-by-step explanation:

Semi perimeter of triangle = a+b+c ÷ 2

Area of triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c).

Side of new triangle will be 2a, 2b ,2c

Semi perimeter of new triangle = a+b+c

= 2s.

Area of new triangle = √2s(2s-2a)(2s-2b)(2s-2c).

= 4√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

= 4 × area of the triangle .

Hence , Ratio is 4 : 1
