Answer: Earth has so much water but we still struggle for pure water because the water in oceans and seas is impure and salty we can't drink it at all use use it for some more tasks as bathing and cooking and we have only some few percent pure and reusable water on earth and we can't purify the sea water on large scale because it costs a lot.
