the electric electrostatic fields are conservative in terms of energy.

the energy lost by the electron = V e = 10, 000 * 1.602 * 10⁻¹⁹  Joules
                 = 1.602 * 10⁻¹⁵ J
mass of electron = m = 9.11 * 10⁻³¹ kg

Kinetic energy gained is = P E lost = 1/2 m v² = 1.602 * 10⁻¹⁵   J
       => v  =5.93 * 10⁷ m/sec
