if energy can neither be created nor destroyed explain with an example why we should worry about our energy resources

There are some energy resources that can be depleted due to increasing use. Like coal petroleum etc.
It is right that energy inside energy resources can neither be created nor destroyed but it does not Stand same for energy resources.

so here it is

we know that energy changes from one form of state to another i.e. changing from one form to another

For ex we use bulbs so here electricity is changed from electrical energy to light energy so a part of energy is transformed from electrical to bulb which can't be brought back .
And energy cannot be destroyed nor created but from where do we get the present energy for ex. we know that we get electricity from water so if we're wasting the water we can't get the energy even though it is present ( like a box full of treasure but no key ) so , this is the reason why we should save energy

in this answer I focused on electricity because using it more and changing it's form so let's save electricity as well as energy
