If equator is included into the list of latitudes i.e there are 181 latitudes, then why is it so that the 0 degree longitude isn't included into the list of longitudes i.e there are only 360 longitudes????

360E and 360W longitudes are not two but a single latitudes. This way, you can easily know that the no of latitudes is 360 not 361. And yes, 360E or 360W is also known as international date line.
