This is not true. Although most of the countries in the world have become democratic, many international institutions are still not working on democratic principles.
In the U.N.O., enjoyment of Veto Power by five permanent members of the Security Council is undemocratic. Some other agencies like I.M.F., World Bank and W.T.O. also are not working on democratic principles.
After the collapse of U.S.S.R., U.S.A. is the only super power left in the world. It has enabled and encouraged that country to act unilaterally without seeking the consent of other countries.
