if everyone is born out of martha and jonas in adam world and eva world then the people who are in origin world who is there first parent?​

I've been watching all of the three seasons, but not sure if I understand it right. So when the first time that Tannhaus create a time machine and the two world have been created, the origin world have been split into two world and how  Jonas and Martha going to be born in those two worlds if the origin world that has been split in the first place don't have the people who is ancestor of Jonas and Martha?  Or there is no the origin?

Or actually how the time work in the show? I just get really confused. So, to be able to have the "present" and "future" it needs to have a "past" period of time first right? or does the time in the show like all past, present, and future period of time have been running altogether at the same time?

If I don't question that part of how Jonas and Martha have been born, I still confuse how Jonas and Martha become Adam and Eva like how they know there is an alternate world. If there is no alternate Martha save Jonas, he will then turn to become Adam I understand that but how he knows that he needs to send Adult Magnus and Franciska to stop alternate Martha, like how he even know he need to do this and how he knows where to find another Martha?

And how the alternate teen Martha even become Eva for the first time?  like if Adam/Jonas doesn't know there is an alternate world at first then teen Martha would not meet teen Jonas from Adam's world that saved by her future self.

Sorry if the question was not clear, confusing, and too much. I just want to get more clear of how everything is happening at the first time or I may be missing details from the show.
