No one knows. Until now humans have observed upto 10^28 metre strech of universe. Our technology is not devoloped to look beyond that.

Some say we are in multiverse or parellel universes and those stuffs. So, according to multiverse, beyong our universe there may several other universes(might be parellel to our own universe) But none knows what is truth.

It can't stretch to infinity. If universe is infinite then every point act as a centre and all celestial objects may collide at any given point because of mutual attraction. Universe should have some boundary which might have no edge, maybe even spherical.
