Given:-

  • Value of F is 18.
  • Value of V is 10.

To find:-

  • Value of E.

Solution:-

Here,

  • F = 18
  • V = 10

According to the question

We know that,

Euler's Formula = F + V = E - 2

Let's do it,

→ F + V = E - 2

→ 18 + 10 = E - 2

→ 28 = E - 2

→ E = 28 - 2

E = 26

Hence,

  • the value of E is 26.

Given :-

  • Value of F = 18
  • Value of V = 10

To Find :-

  • Value of E by applying the Euler's formula

Solution :-

\underline{\bf{\dag} \:\mathfrak{As\;we\;know\: that\: :}}

→ Euler's formula = F + V - E = 2

Where ,

  • F = number of faces
  • V = number of vertices
  • E  = number of edges

→ Let's put the values in the formula

↝  F + V  = E + 2

↝  18 + 10 = E + 2

↝  28 = E + 2

↝  E = 28 - 2

↝  E =  26

∴ The Value of E is 26
