f(2)=2(2)³-13(2)²+17(2)+12
=2(8)-13(4)+34+12
=16-52+46
=10
f(-3)=2(-3)³-13(-3)²+17(-3)+12
=2(-27)-13(9)-51+12
= -54-117-39
=210
