f(x+2)=5
if we substitue in x place as -(x+2)
then
f(-(x+2)+2)=5
f(-2-x+2)=5
f(-x)=5.......(1)
if we substitue in x place as (2x-2)
f(2x-2+2)=5
f(2x)=5.....(2)
f(-x) + f(2x)
from (1)&(2)
=5+5
=10
hence proved
