if f(x)=2 sinx ,g(x)=cox²x,then the value of (f+g)(π/3)​

Answer:

f(x) = 2sinx ...(i)

g(x) = cos²x ...(ii)

Adding (i) and (ii)

(f+g)(x) = 2sinx + cos²x

Putting x = pi/3

(f+g)(pi/3) = 2sin(pi/3) + cos²(pi/3)

= 2 × sqrt(3)/2 + (1/2)²

= 2sqrt(3)/2 + 1/4

=

 \frac{4 \sqrt{3} + 1 }{4}
