Step-by-step explanation:

given f(x)=2x²+1

domain ={-2,-1,0,1,3}

here minimum value x can take is -2

f(-2)=2(-2)²+1=9

and maximum value is 3

f(3)=2(3)²+1=19

also it can take either -1 or 1

f(-1)=f(1)=2(1)²+1=3

or 0

f(0)=2(0)+1=1

hence range(f)={1,3,9,19}
