(1) f(2)=2.(2)^3-13(2)^2+17(2)+12

=2.8-13.4+34+12

=16-52+34+12

=(16+34+12)-52

=62-52

=10

(2)f(-3)=2(-3)^3-13(-3)^2+17(-3)+12

=2.(-27)-13.9-51+12

= -54-117-51+12

= -(54+117+51)+12

= -222+12

= -210
