hey mate here is ur answer =

f(x)=3x^2-x

f(m)=3m^2-m

f(m)=4

3m^2-m=4

3m^2-m-4=0

m=1+-root(49)/6.....[Quadratic formula]

m=1+-7/6

m=8/6 or m=-6/6

m=4/3 or m=-1.

hope it helps.
