f(x) = 4x³ - 12x² + 14x - 3

(i)f(2)

=> f(2) = 4(2)³-12(2)²+14(2)-3

= 4(8)-12(4)+28-3

= 32-48+28-3

= 60-51

= 9

(ii)f(-3)

=> f(-3) = 4(-3)³-12(-3)²+14(-3)-3

= 4(-27)-12(9)-42-3

= -108-108-45

= -261

(iii)f(-1)

=> f(-1) = 4(-1)³-12(-1)²+14(-1)-3

= 4(-1)-12(1)-14-3

= -4-12-14-3

= -33

Hope it helps
