Answer

F(3)= a.3.4+b.3.2+3+5= 12a+ 6b +8

now acc. to question

F(-3)= 2

a.(-3).4+b.(-3).2 -3 + 5=2 -12a-6b+2=2

-12a-6b=0

2a+b=0

b=-2a

substitution in very first equation

12a+ 6.(-2a) +8
