SOLUTION

GIVEN

 \displaystyle \sf{f(x) =  log( \tan x) }

TO DETERMINE

 \displaystyle \sf{f \bigg( \frac{\pi}{4}  \bigg)  }

EVALUATION

Here it is given that

 \displaystyle \sf{f(x) =  log( \tan x) }

Now

 \displaystyle \sf{f \bigg( \frac{\pi}{4}  \bigg)  }

 \displaystyle \sf{ =  log \:  \bigg(  \tan \: \frac{\pi}{4}  \bigg)  }

 \displaystyle \sf{ =  log \:  1 }

 = 0
