f(x) = cosx + sinx \\ f(x + \pi) = cos(\pi + x) + sin(\pi + x) = - cosx - sinx \\ = - (cosx + sinx) \\ = - f(x) \\ since \: cos(\pi + x) = - cosx \: \: and \: \: sin(\pi + x) = - sinx
hope it helps
