Hey friend,
(x - 1)
Then,
x = 1
f(x) =  {3x}^{4}  -  {5x}^{2}  + 9 \\  \\  = f(1) = 3( {1})^{4}  - 5( {1})^{2}  + 9 \\  \\  = 3 - 5 + 9 \\  \\  = 3 - 14 \\  \\  = 11

Hope this helps!!!

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Solution:-) This is a very easy question!

We have, f(x) = 3x-5x+9

Hence (x-1) ,

Then  x=1

f(x-1) = f(1) = 3(1) - 5(1) + 9

        = 3-5+9

        = 12-5

        = 7 .Ans.
