Answer:

F(-1)=(-1)^2-3(-1)+1/-1-1

F(-1)=1+3+1/-2

F(-1)=5/-2=-5/2

And for F(1/3)=(1/3)^2-3(1/3)+1/(1/3)-1

F(1/3)=1/9-1+1/(1/3)-(3/3)

F(1/3)=1/9/(-2/3)

F(1/3)=1/9*(-3/2)

F(1/3)=-2/3
