the value of a=2
and b=o
first of all you have to divide f(x) by x2-x
at last step you will get
2x-ax+b as remainder.
but question said that it is divisible so,
2x-ax+b=0
2x=ax-b
2x-0=ax-b
hence
a=2
b=0
and b=o
