put x=(a+b) in function
f (a+b)={(a+b)-a}^2 {(a+b)-b}^2
={a+b-a}^2 {a+b-b}^2
=b^2a^2=(ab)^2

Step-by-step explanation:

  • f(a+b) = (a+b-a) ^2 (a+b-b) ^2
  • f(a+b) = (b) ^2 (a) ^2
  • f(a+b) = a^2. b^2
