Female plant is tetraploid so female gamete and polar nuclei in ovule are diploid.

Male plant is hexaploid so male gametes are tetraploid.

endosperm (3n)-triploid normally:

2 polar nuclei(2x) + 1 male gamete(3n) = 2×2x + 3x = 7x.

Vegetative cell (n) -haploid normally:

From pollen grain - 3x.

Embryo (2n) diploid normally:

1female gamete (2x) +1 male gamete(3n) = 5x.
