If few drops of concentrated acid accidently spills over the hand of a student,  he or she should wash the hands immediately with plenty of water and apply a paste of sodium hydrogencarbonate. Because washing with water removes the excess heat and give relief from burn.  Sodium hydrogencarbonate is a mild base, so it will neutralise the acid without harming the skin.  Hope it helps you buddy!!  ☺
