  • 12 workers can build a wall in 36 hours
  • => Total Work done = Number of workers * numbered rof hours
  • = 12 * 36 man hours

Let Assume that W workers can build wall in  24 hrs

Then Total Work Done  = 24W  man hours

\textsf{Equating man hours}

\textsf{=> 24 * W  = 12 * 36}

\textsf{=> 2 * W =  36}

\textsf{=> W = 18}

\textsf{18 workers required to do the same work in 24 hours}
