If first number is 20% larger than second number then how much percent does the second number is smaller than first number

I think its 20% because if the larger number is greater by 20% then smaller will be small by 20%.

hlo.. the answer is 20%... bcoz if first no. is 20% larger than second number... then second no. is 20% smller than the first no.
