We have to find out the minimum number of possible working days. ie; Maximum number of holidays. Maximum number of possible holiday is 28. Because February month has only 28 days. To get maximum number of days either we have to start with Sunday or Saturday. In February,there are 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays. ie;6. So, minimum number of possible working days is 22.

26 = 1/2 of Saturdays in the year

365-78 = 287 total working days in 1 year!*****

If Feb is 28 day - 6 =22 days work (shortest month)
July/Aug = 31 - 6 = 25 ( in the longest month)
