Answer:

If forests are cut indiscriminately the water cycle would be affected by the following reasons -

  1. The trees increase the humidity by the process of transpiration, which helps in rainfall.
  2. If the trees are cut on a large scale very less oxygen will be there in the atmosphere. These means that the carbon dioxide will increase and carbon dioxide traps the heat energy from the sun. Which will further lead to global warming..

Answer:

hey mate

If forests are cut indiscriminately it will affect water cycle as you know that cutting of forest/trees is known as Deforestation and it can affect our water cycle because forest transports a lot of water into the atmosphere via transportation .

when Deforestation occurs, precious rain is lost from the area ,flowing away as river water and Deforestation also causes global warming which leads to an increase in earth's temperature

temperature is directly proportional to evaporation so water will evaporate more....

and will cause drying..

may help you dear....✌️❤️
